Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of G2B software, services, and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by G2B ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Reselling access, license keys, or any part of the Service without express written permission is prohibited.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and your payment of applicable fees, G2B grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the G2B software on one (1) machine identified by your hardware ID ("Licensed Machine").

This license does not permit: (a) copying or distributing the software; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software; (c) modifying or creating derivative works; (d) sublicensing, selling, or renting access; (e) using the software on machines other than the Licensed Machine without prior approval.

Hardware ID transfers may be granted at our sole discretion. Contact support to request a transfer.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other person
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means

4. Third-Party Software and Game Terms

G2B is designed to interact with third-party video game software. You acknowledge that using automation software may violate the Terms of Service of the games you play. G2B takes no responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service in connection with third-party games, including account suspensions or bans.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all terms and policies of any third-party services you use in conjunction with G2B. We make no representation that use of G2B is permissible under any third-party terms.

5. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refunds are issued for early cancellation.

Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to deny refunds where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being abused.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface — are owned by G2B and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use the Service. G2B does not collect, transmit, or store game client data. License validation is handled via secure token exchange only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected or that the Service will meet your requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, G2B SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to G2B in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is immediately revoked.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 5.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
